Drawing with Your Soul, A Touch Drawing* Workshop

Touch Drawing* is a simple yet profound process through which images flow forth from our deepest selves. Rolling paint on a board on which tissue paper has been placed we begin to draw using only our hands and fingers as our only tools. We listen within to impulses arising and let them guide us as we draw. One drawing leads to the next and takes us deeper and deeper into our soul. Trust arises we tap into our intuition, wisdom and imagination. The resulting images are unique and poignant reflections from our authentic self. As a sacred practice Touch Drawing provides opportunity for relaxation, reflection and regeneration.
The circle gathered and Helen’s sensitive and seasoned facilitation create a safe and sacred space in which to journey. Co-created ritual, music and drumming, connection with the land at Stillpoint, and group interchange ground our process. No prior experience required...only a willingness to open to the magic!!!!
